Job Overview
Join the Facility Department team to support Engineers by performing preventive maintenance, handling breakdown repairs, routine equipment monitoring, facility upgrades, and project assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Engineers and team in daily monitoring and documentation of facility equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and fix facility equipment failures promptly.
- Assist in managing utilities usage to ensure efficient consumption.
- Conduct building maintenance activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with ISO standard operating procedures.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Work Schedule and Compensation
This permanent position offers a base salary range of SGD 1800 to SGD 2800. Additional daily allowances include SGD 6.50 for day shifts (approximately SGD 104/month), SGD 15.50 for night shifts (approximately SGD 248/month), and SGD 3 for meals (approximately SGD 48/month). The role follows a fixed four-shift rotation (A, B, C, D) with detailed shifts of 8:00 AM - 8:15 PM and 8:00 PM - 8:15 AM, working on specific days and rotating rest days accordingly.
Candidate Requirements
- Fresh graduates from ITE are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of air-conditioning, mechanical, electrical systems, and building maintenance.
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting breakdowns effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret layout drawings.
- Applicants must not have color blindness.

- Permanent employment with 1 month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
- Vacation benefits: Minimum 1.5 months (VB) leave and annual leave starting at 9 days, increasing by 1 day per year up to 14 days max.
