Experiential Graphic Designer

Job Overview

Creative Cove Inc. is seeking an onsite Experiential Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team supporting a client based in Downtown Boston. This full-time contract role lasts until the end of the year and primarily involves working on wayfinding and signage projects. Familiarity with Revit is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing signage, wayfinding systems, and environmental graphics from initial concepts through detailed completion.
• Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and visual directions with guidance from senior designers.
• Create layouts for signage types, message scheduling, and organize information hierarchies.
• Support the creation of both digital and physical mockups demonstrating signage forms, materials, and finishes.
• Prepare well-organized presentation materials that clearly communicate design rationale and processes.
• Generate and polish vector illustrations and production-ready graphic files for signage and environmental graphics.
• Help compile drawing sheets and documentation packages such as sign location plans, type drawings, elevations, material specifications, and basic fabrication notes under supervision.
• Participate in on-site reviews, audits, and photographic documentation as required.
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including architecture, interiors, industrial design, and engineering departments.
