About the Role and Company

The position is based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, within the supply chain function of a leading paint manufacturing company. The role is within the Human Resources department and is geared towards professionals with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and educational backgrounds such as MBA in Human Resources, MHRM, or preferably MSW.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TAT).
Complete HR Information Technology (HRIT) actions promptly and accurately.
Maintain effective apprentice workforce levels and management.
Facilitate swift resolution of employee grievances.
Ensure compliance with training programs and initiatives.
Minimize payroll processing errors.
Handle employee claim closures within expected TAT.

Additional Information

The role involves managing multiple HR priorities aligned to organizational goals and working within defined KPIs to maintain workforce efficiency and satisfaction.
