Event Planner / Manager

About the Role

At PrivePlex, we are seeking a dedicated Event Planner / Manager to warmly welcome guests and oversee various operational aspects within our venue. The role involves managing bookings, coordinating with team members, handling guest inquiries, and supporting event execution to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly reception experience.
• Oversee some operational duties such as managing phone calls and responding to inquiries.
• Organize and maintain scheduling for private theater and celebration space bookings.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out formalities.
• Inform guests about available services, packages, and promotional offers at PrivePlex.
• Work collaboratively with event planners, catering staff, and other team members to ensure flawless event execution.
• Keep the reception area clean, orderly, and presentable.
• Promptly address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Support planning and coordination efforts for events and activities as needed.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales.
• Candidates interested in photography or videography and eager to apply creative skills will be favored.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation or postgraduate degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine willingness to develop multitasking capabilities.
• A customer-focused approach combined with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15000 to 29000 Indian Rupees.
