About the Role
Business Umbrella is seeking an ERP Director for a prominent multi-campus educational organization situated in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is specifically reserved for Saudi nationals and reports directly to the CIO/CEO at the group's head office.
Job Purpose
Provide strategic leadership for the deployment, enhancement, and governance of the group's ERP systems, covering Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Student Information Systems integration, and Procurement. Ensure the ERP platform scales effectively as campuses expand and supports insightful, data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and align the ERP strategy and roadmap with the organization's digital transformation goals and Saudi Vision 2030 for education technology.
- Oversee complete ERP lifecycle including implementation, upgrades, and rollout of various modules such as Finance, HR/Payroll, Procurement, and SIS integration.
- Ensure robust data security, system integrity, and disaster recovery plans for the ERP infrastructure.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the ERP Solutions team while managing relationships with external vendors and system integrators.
- Standardize workflows and business processes across educational campuses using ERP-enabled automation.
- Deliver real-time dashboards to senior management (CEO/COO) highlighting enrollment, financials, procurement, and HR metrics.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and licensing budgets for ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ensure compliance of ERP systems with Saudi regulations such as Zakat, VAT, and Ministry of Education reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience in IT/ERP, including at least 5 years in supervisory or director-level roles.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP implementations, specifically SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, including Finance, HR, and Payroll modules.
- Experience working in an educational group or multi-site enterprise environment is favorable.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Must be a Saudi national, as per the position specification.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from SAR 35,000 to SAR 50,000, aligned with senior IT/ERP director pay scales within GCC enterprise and educational sectors.
