Job Responsibilities

• Carry out all electrical and related tasks across the property adhering to the highest professionalism.
• Perform assigned duties independently and ensure full completion.
• Promptly address any issues or concerns within the assigned scope.
• Monitor stock levels in the workshop and place orders for supplies as necessary.
• Follow daily plans to guarantee timely task execution.
• Maintain complete familiarity with hotel emergency protocols and remain prepared for any incidents.
• Understand all company policies and operational standard manuals related to the role.
• Participate in Task Force Teams during hotel new openings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering or Installation.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or installation, preferably in hospitality or facilities management.

Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrated expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems.
• Competent in interpreting electrical schematics and technical documents.
• Effective in inventory control and stock management.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks independently with efficiency.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements and emergency procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
