Role Overview
The E-learning Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital training resources that facilitate the understanding and usage of the Nerivio® REN wearable for migraine among clinicians, patients, and internal teams. This part-time, remote position involves creating interactive learning modules, quizzes, and bite-sized educational content aligned with sound instructional design principles.
Key Duties
- Develop interactive e-learning courses and microlearning segments that engage learners effectively.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform clinical and technical knowledge into accessible educational material.
- Manage and update course content within learning management systems (LMS).
- Monitor learner engagement and performance metrics to improve training offerings based on user feedback and analytics.
- Ensure all learning content complies with brand identity, regulatory requirements, and is optimized for accessibility and device compatibility.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in developing e-learning content with SCORM compliance.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including curriculum planning and creation of learner-focused content.
- Experience managing learning management systems and supporting training and development initiatives.
- Familiarity with multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or equivalent, along with basic graphic and video editing skills.
- Excellent written communication with the ability to simplify complex clinical and technical information.
- Background or experience in digital health, medical devices, or healthcare education is a plus, along with understanding compliance and accessibility standards like WCAG.
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, handle multiple projects concurrently, and collaborate well with diverse teams.
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or comparable experience.
