Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and enhance operations across major online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This role is based in Noida Sector 62 and requires a professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to boost sales and streamline marketplace activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings, catalog updates, pricing strategies, and inventory levels on e-commerce platforms.
- Handle order processing, returns management, and respond to customer inquiries to maintain service quality.
- Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data, generate performance reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with teams and customers.
Additional Information
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The position is located in Noida Sector 62, Delhi-NCR.
