Role Overview
Varimo Opportunities Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Document Verification Executive to join their Delhi-NCR team. This role involves direct customer interaction to assist in EMI and overdue collections while ensuring effective communication within the assigned cluster and maintaining excellent service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers for EMI and overdue payment collection as directed by the Collections department.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the designated cluster, facilitating communication and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collect ongoing customer feedback to enhance service outcomes and satisfaction levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven ability to coordinate efficiently with local governing bodies, including police and court officials.
- Possess a graduate-level degree.
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar domain.
