Role Overview
We are seeking seasoned Document Controllers to join our teams based in Brisbane, Queensland, or Ascot, Western Australia. The role involves oversight of project deliverables, ensuring the precise maintenance and secure storage of records, and efficient management of document systems across various exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all project deliverables through the document management system.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control checks to ensure deliverables comply with client specifications and internal standards.
- Manage controlled distribution meticulously according to distribution request forms and organizational procedures.
- Support project teams by generating accurate document status reports.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective information flow and ensure proper record capture.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Document Controller in an engineering consultancy setting.
- Familiarity with handling Vendor Documents is preferred.
- Expertise in electronic document management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational capabilities.
- Adeptness at operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience with QDMS, Aconex, and/or InEight document software is advantageous.
- Applicants must possess full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia and reside in Perth or Brisbane.
