About the Role
Everyday Coffee Company, a proud franchise partner of Dunkin', is expanding rapidly across the U.S. We are looking for a highly motivated District Manager to oversee several quick service restaurant locations. This pivotal role involves launching new stores, driving excellence in operations, building strong teams, and delivering outstanding financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and support Store Managers and their staff to build capable, accountable teams.
- Promote a workplace culture centered on respect, feedback, and high achievement.
- Create and implement succession planning and employee development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, health regulations, and construction protocols.
- Coordinate effectively among Brand, Construction teams, Retailers, and Everyday Coffee Company to improve operational procedures.
- Regularly visit stores to audit and maintain consistent operational quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage labor and food expenses to align with budget goals.
- Increase sales through local marketing efforts and promotional activities.
- Supervise cash management and banking operations across multiple locations.
- Lead the rollout of new products and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze operational data to identify performance shortfalls and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support achievement of business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years managing multiple restaurant units, preferably in quick service, grocery retail, or Dunkin' franchises.
- Demonstrated success meeting operational and financial targets.
- Strong capabilities in leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale technology.
- Valid driver’s license and capacity to travel frequently (up to 70% - day trips and overnight).
Additional Information
You will be employed directly by the Dunkin' franchisee, independent of Dunkin' Brands or its affiliates. The franchisee manages all employment terms including wages and benefits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 with a potential 20% bonus.
