Job description
Working Hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM
- Fridays: 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Discipline team in managing student behavioral issues comprehensively.
- Carry out house visits and follow up with parents through calls.
- Oversee students assigned detention, track missing students, and address emotional meltdowns.
- Monitor school premises including traffic areas, canteen, free play zones, and surroundings.
- Participate actively in managing cases involving students at risk.
- Conduct thorough investigations, collect statements, and prepare detailed reports.
- Carry out random checks on student uniforms and personal appearance to ensure compliance.
- Maintain order and discipline during school events and activities.
- Supervise and engage students requiring additional support.
- Take part in meetings focused on student management strategies.
- Provide guidance to staff regarding investigations and managing incidents related to discipline.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Experience working in primary school environments with focus on student management is preferred.
- Basic competency in ICT and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
