Position Overview
NBME is seeking a collaborative and service-focused leader to head its Digital Workplace operations, managing employee-facing technology services. This includes IT customer service, end-user assistance, device lifecycle management, productivity and collaboration platforms, workplace communications, training programs, and technology adoption strategies. The role involves overseeing daily support for employee technologies such as service desk operations, productivity tools, and collaboration systems, while partnering with various organizational teams including technology, security, communications, HR, and business units to enhance support frameworks and improve responsiveness. The objective is to elevate how NBME employees engage with tools and services essential for their productivity.
This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility to work onsite, remotely, or hybrid within 50 miles of the Philadelphia, PA office. Onsite interviews and onboarding will be required with prior notice.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of digital workplace services including service desk, end-user support, and device-related services.
- Oversee delivery and management of collaboration and workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365, messaging, conferencing, and content sharing tools.
- Enhance user support responsiveness and drive issue resolution for employee technology services.
- Direct communications, training, and adoption programs to increase effective use of workplace technology.
- Develop and implement roadmaps to improve digital workplace capabilities, support models, and employee productivity.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, technology operations, corporate applications, security, communications, HR, and business teams to ensure alignment of workplace services with organizational needs.
- Establish service standards, support processes, knowledge resources, and performance metrics for employee-facing services.
- Lead and mentor workplace technology teams, including managers and support staff, setting clear priorities and accountability.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, budgeting, and monitor service and adoption metrics.
Qualifications
- Extensive expertise in end-user technology services, leadership of service desk functions, and management of productivity platforms including Microsoft 365.
- Proven experience in driving employee technology adoption, training, and support process design.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in IT customer service, endpoint device management, collaboration platforms, or related technology leadership roles, including managing technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degrees preferred.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, change management, or collaboration technologies are favored.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a salary range between $163,092 and $203,865 annually, adjusted based on experience, qualifications, department budget, and equity review.
