Role Overview
Envision Horizons is looking for a strategic Business Development Director to help accelerate the company’s growth. This leadership position will play a central role in shaping expansion plans, building partnerships, and strengthening the company’s position as a preferred marketing partner for leading brands.
The role is designed for someone who can influence revenue growth, cultivate long-term business relationships, and contribute directly to the success of both clients and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales and client service functions to improve performance and refine processes that support long-term growth.
- Spot and pursue new business opportunities, including partnership opportunities across e-commerce and Amazon-related ecosystems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives, thought leadership content, and broader brand visibility.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system (Pipedrive) to improve reporting, pipeline tracking, and conversion effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and podcast appearances to strengthen its reputation as a thought leader.
- Support revenue growth through contract strategy, service positioning, and negotiation efforts alongside senior leadership.
- Partner with internal teams to uncover new channels, improve go-to-market execution, and deepen client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of business development experience with a track record of surpassing revenue goals.
- Minimum 3 years in business development within e-commerce, ideally including 2 or more years in Amazon or marketing agency settings.
- Ability to think strategically while also handling hands-on partnership development and key account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities, along with solid Excel and data analysis skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $130K to $150K per year.
