Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient Digital Marketing Trainer to conduct comprehensive training sessions both online and offline in Kolkata, West Bengal. The candidate will teach various digital marketing disciplines and support learners in developing practical skills and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver digital marketing training covering SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• Explain foundational website concepts, WordPress management, and lead generation methodologies.
• Develop detailed lesson plans, engaging presentations, assignments, and hands-on projects.
• Administer assessments including quizzes and mock interviews to gauge student understanding.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, algorithm changes, and updates in the digital marketing field.
• Guide and mentor learners, assisting with portfolio creation and implementing live projects.
• Monitor student progress consistently and deliver constructive feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the academic team to enhance the effectiveness and quality of training sessions.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Thorough understanding of digital marketing theories, best practices, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and widely-used SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Ubersuggest.
• Knowledge of WordPress website setup and management.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar basic graphic design software.
• Outstanding presentation skills coupled with strong communication capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts through relatable real-world examples.
• Effective problem-solving mindset and proven mentoring talents.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges between 15000 to 20000 INR.
