Role Overview

They are seeking an inventive and dedicated Director to join their rapidly expanding digital team. This role focuses on helping prestigious advocacy campaigns and organizations secure victories daily through effective digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital strategies for public affairs clients by interpreting guidance from senior leadership into successful campaigns.
• Act as the main daily contact for clients, ensuring deliverables are high-quality and timely.
• Oversee multiple client projects, managing content creation, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering strong output and professional growth.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as Design and Digital Advertising, to produce and launch campaign assets.
• Prepare and revise client-facing documents including content, analytical reports, and presentations.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior agency experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in creating innovative and impactful content tailored for digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with digital and social media tools aimed at issue advocacy and public affairs campaigns.
• Capability to manage tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Background in digital marketing, political campaign management, or public affairs is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a planned salary of $100,000 with potential for additional year-end bonuses. Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
