Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer eager to enhance cloud deployment, automation, and operational efficiency for clients utilizing AWS and Azure platforms. This role involves collaboration within an ambitious cloud services team focused on continuous enhancement and delivering meaningful customer impact. The position offers the opportunity to work in a global organization that values innovation, teamwork, and deep cloud knowledge to produce tangible customer results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage the execution of cloud and DevOps initiatives across various customer environments.
- Identify and implement improvements to automation processes, operational efficiency, and service performance.
- Drive service innovation by recommending new functionality, enhancements, and operational improvements.
- Ensure stability and compliance by adhering to established change management protocols across cloud environments.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and customers to uphold high service quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and/or Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation.
- Comprehensive understanding of backend technologies and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Capability to deploy dependable technical solutions while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills promoting effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated aptitude for ownership, efficient prioritization, and leading continuous process improvement efforts.
