As a Designer, you will produce high-impact campaign creative and brand assets that deepen engagement with the DraftKings audience. You will collaborate with partners across functions to deliver polished work for digital, social, CRM, and product marketing channels, helping the brand show up consistently across apps and experiences while supporting performance goals.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with copywriters, art directors, designers, and project managers to build assets for digital, social, product marketing, and CRM use cases.
• Create and set up reusable templates and campaign materials with automation tools to make daily production work more efficient.
• Translate the creative direction from the Creative Director and Design Director into execution that stays aligned with brand standards and business objectives.
• Produce promotional creative such as videos, landing pages, logos, digital banners, and email assets, applying strong fundamentals in color, typography, layout, and usability.
• Partner with vendors on quality control so outsourced digital assets meet required standards.
• Keep up with current marketing trends, best practices, and new technologies to bring fresh ideas into the work.
• Build brand expressions that support a “player-to-player” connection with the target audience and strengthen engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, especially within digital marketing, brand campaigns, or creative production for consumer-facing channels.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; experience with Figma and automation tools is an added advantage.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time.
• Proven ability to handle multiple assignments quickly and deliver under tight timelines.
• A portfolio that shows relevant work and a strong grasp of modern marketing across digital, experiential, and social formats.
• High attention to detail, with evidence of producing top-tier creative for major B2C brands.
• Prior exposure to licensing and familiarity with sports and gaming is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

DraftKings is a publicly traded technology company headquartered in Boston. Because it operates as a regulated gaming business, employment may require obtaining a gaming license from the relevant state agency. If that applies to your role, the company will guide you through the process.

Compensation and Employment Terms

This is a full-time position. The US base salary range is USD 64,000 to USD 80,000 per year, with bonus, equity, and benefits available as applicable. Pay within the range depends on work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The company also notes that Massachusetts law prohibits requiring or administering a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
