Job Overview and Responsibilities
The role requires expertise in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, along with strong skills in interpreting various mechanical drawings. The candidate will work on designing and reviewing piping layouts, equipment layouts, general arrangement (GA) drawings, pressure vessel fabrication drawings, piping isometric drawings, among others. The job also involves familiarity with components such as evaporators, spray dryers, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, reactors, and preparing P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams). Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate abilities in machining drawings and related mechanical drafting tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in AutoCAD with 2D and 3D skills.
- Able to read and interpret mechanical and manufacturing drawings accurately.
- Experienced with piping and equipment layouts and fabrication drawings for industrial equipment like pressure vessels and evaporators.
- Knowledgeable about P&ID diagrams and mechanical part fabrication processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor of Technology / Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
