About the Role
Domino's Pizza is seeking dependable Delivery Experts to join our team in Sandersville, GA. We value flexibility, allowing you to balance work with school, other jobs, or personal time. This position offers many opportunities for career growth, from delivery driver roles to potential management and franchise ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and beverages by car directly to customers' doors within the assigned delivery area.
- Distribute flyers and door hangers in designated neighborhoods.
- Operate store equipment and assist with product preparation.
- Restock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage and workstations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle that meets company standards.
- Possess navigational skills to read maps and locate delivery addresses, including multi-story buildings and diverse terrains.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for customer interaction and order processing.
- Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with the ability to make correct monetary change.
- Physical ability to lift and carry supplies and ingredients—up to 50 pounds—and navigate stairs and various weather conditions.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Exposure to variable weather conditions during deliveries and outdoor tasks.
- Ability to work in store temperatures ranging from cold (36°F) to hot (90°F+), including cramped spaces like walk-in coolers.
- Handling hot surfaces and sharp tools safely.
- Tasks involve standing, walking short distances, climbing stairs or ladders, lifting and carrying various weights, and pushing or pulling trays on dollies.
