Delivery Driver

Job Overview

This position involves transporting orders from the store directly to customers' locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries within a specified service area. In addition to order deliveries, drivers may also distribute promotional materials such as flyers or door-hangers. Deliverers must maintain excellent customer service standards and collaborate effectively with store staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders promptly and courteously.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting positively with customers during deliveries.
• Complete multiple deliveries each shift within assigned delivery zones.
• Assist with distribution of promotional materials as needed.
• Work cooperatively with team members and store management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license held for a minimum of two years with a safe driving and clean background record.
• Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Basic navigational proficiency to efficiently complete routes.
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.
• This role does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
