Key Duties

• Collect orders from designated restaurants or partner outlets.
• Deliver orders promptly within expected timeframes.
• Utilize the Swiggy Delivery Partner application to manage and accept deliveries.
• Comply strictly with traffic laws and prioritize safe driving practices.
• Handle packages carefully to avoid damage or spills.
• Offer polite and professional customer service at all times.
• Maintain precise delivery records electronically via the app.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driving licence (not always mandatory for bicycle deliveries in certain areas).
• Ownership of a two-wheeler or bicycle according to city regulations.
• Smartphone with internet access to operate delivery app.
• Basic familiarity with local routes and navigation skills.
• Submission of identification documents such as Aadhaar or PAN card, and bank details for onboarding.
