Key Responsibilities

• Keep the deli area clean, organized, and orderly at all times.
• Manage the hot deli case ensuring it is well stocked with fresh items.
• Prepare food items according to company process cards ensuring quality standards.
• Clean and maintain dishes and utensils to meet hygiene requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Self-motivated individuals capable of initiating tasks independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for the majority of the shift.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar role within food production or service.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and regulations.
