Role Overview
As a Decision Science Analyst, you will be embedded in a client-facing team that transforms customer loyalty data into actionable insights, driving enterprise value. You will develop real-time dashboards for varied stakeholders, working with marketing strategies, customer data, and advanced statistical methods. Your analyses will inform the strategic direction of clients' loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Strategy and Client Services teams to deliver data-driven customer insights that increase sales and profitability via loyalty programs.
- Create and maintain targeted audience lists to support CRM campaign execution and engagement.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide recommendations aligned with client strategies and objectives.
- Develop data visualizations and clear narratives accessible to all stakeholder levels.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to develop new analytical tools and data sources.
- Design learning agendas, test plans, and solutions to strengthen attribution and maximize KPIs like ROI and lifetime value.
- Manage the prioritization and workflow of client requests alongside internal initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 4+ years in customer analytics, marketing, or CRM.
- Excellent storytelling skills with data to effectively influence senior leadership.
- Experience with data visualization and exploration tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
- Proficient in customer segmentation techniques including RFM analysis, cluster analysis, and regression modeling.
- Strong project management ability, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science required.
- Python and SQL programming skills preferred.
- A Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or an MBA is desirable.
- Knowledge of fundamental marketing and loyalty concepts is advantageous.
