Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Science Engineer in Bengaluru to work on modern AI and data-driven solutions using the Azure ecosystem. The role focuses on strong Python development, API integration, AI-enabled development, deployment practices, and enterprise-grade security and governance.
Key Responsibilities
The position requires practical experience with Python, REST and GraphQL APIs, automated testing, and code review practices. You will work with Azure AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, and NLP tools, along with vector database options like AI Search vector indexes, Cosmos DB, and PostgreSQL. The work also includes agentic development on Azure AI, CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and GitHub Actions, coding standards such as linters, formatters, and PEP 8, and container-based deployments to AKS, App Service, or Functions. In addition, the role involves handling secrets through Key Vault and Managed Identity, as well as applying basic RBAC and network security practices. A solid understanding of Responsible AI, privacy, and enterprise data security is also expected.
