Data Analyst

Overview

Hackajob partners with Barclays to identify outstanding professionals for the role of Data Analyst based in Noida. This position is central to guiding business operations, ensuring adherence to processes, managing risks, and complying with regulatory standards. The role demands ownership of tasks consistent with rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily support for business units covering processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and resolving issues.
• Generate and maintain Management Information (MI) reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to inform decision-making.
• Analyze, validate, and manage operational data to enhance business reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to synchronize operational workflows and implement improvements.
• Develop operational procedures and controls aimed at risk mitigation and efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations communicating operational performance to senior internal stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate leading practices in banking operations.
• Engage in projects designed to raise operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel features including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and automation capabilities.
• Experience managing large datasets, preferably with AWS cloud environments.
• Competence in data visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI tools, analytics solutions, or process automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
