Role Overview

Our team consists of experienced senior professionals who independently manage their work while collaborating constructively to solve complex problems. You will not only analyze data but also drive business improvements by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities, establishing solid data foundations, and ensuring stakeholders not only receive insights but understand actionable steps.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining scalable data models and pipelines.
• Converting business queries into structured analytical methods and delivering findings tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Partnering with various teams to enhance data quality, visibility, and accessibility.
• Helping develop our culture around data, including standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Over three years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL with practical experience using dbt for transformation workflows.
• Experienced with PowerBI to create visual analytics.
• Ability to guide and advise stakeholders both in communication and domain expertise.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on improving processes and efficiencies.
• Interest in leveraging machine learning or large language models to enhance workflows.
