Overview
Aaratech Inc., a technology-focused company specializing in cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise solutions, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in CRM and Salesforce platforms. This role supports business operations by analyzing sales and customer data to generate insightful reports on customer engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and verify CRM and Salesforce data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor sales performance and customer metrics.
- Examine sales trends, customer behavior, and operational statistics to identify actionable insights.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and business units to guide data-driven decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within CRM systems.
- Communicate analytical results and strategic recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
- Between two and three years of proven experience as a Data Analyst working with CRM or Salesforce environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, and familiarity with data visualization platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM-related data.
- Strong analytical reasoning, effective communication, and problem-solving aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or Tableau tools.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM analytics, sales performance reporting, and customer lifecycle management.
- Fundamental programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and report generation techniques.
- Certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Tableau Desktop Specialist are advantageous.
