Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be instrumental in converting data into meaningful insights by creating impactful dashboards and analytics reports. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision processes and enhance reporting and analysis continuously.

Key Responsibilities

Create and sustain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Analyze data sets to detect trends and assist in business decisions.
Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their reporting and data analysis needs.
Guarantee the precision, quality, and reliability of report outputs.
Perform data analysis and transformations on structured data sets.
Assist in integrating data from diverse sources.
Work with data engineers to ensure data accessibility and suitability for analysis.
Help develop documentation and promote best practices in reporting and analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in data analytics with a track record of generating actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential.
Familiarity with data modelling and data warehouse concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Databricks or other advanced data platforms.
Background in banking, financial services, or fast-paced, data-driven work environments is advantageous.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

Basic understanding of Python programming is desirable.
Experience working within Agile methodologies.
Relevant professional certifications in the industry are a plus.

Educational Requirements

Degree in STEM fields or Computer Science is preferred.
