Overview
This position represents a leading partner company based in Canada, seeking an experienced Data Analyst. Primary Duties
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports using current visualization tools.
- Interpret data related to operations, sales, recruiting, and finance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create scalable reporting frameworks, data models, and KPIs aligned with growth strategies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across various platforms and business units.
- Develop cloud-based automation workflows to streamline reporting processes and minimize manual tasks.
- Use AI technologies to enhance reporting processes, automate workflows, and back data-driven projects.
- Perform SQL tasks including data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
- Support API integrations among platforms and resolve connectivity issues.
- Document technical workflows, reporting procedures, and analytic solutions for consistency and scalability.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities and operational outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of five years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or closely related domains.
- Proficiency with SQL and Python for analytical tasks and automation purposes.
- Expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets functionalities.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to build dashboards.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data workflows and REST API integrations.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for boosting productivity and reporting accuracy.
- Understanding of automation principles, workflow streamlining, and business process enhancements.
- Capability to support operations through meticulous data analysis and monitoring of performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields.
- Strong analytical aptitude, precision, effective communication, and capability to operate independently in a dynamic setting.
- Curious and adaptable with a continuous drive to learn emerging technologies.
