Role Overview

As part of Sokin's expansion, we are seeking experienced Data Analysts to join our talent pool for upcoming opportunities. This position involves converting complex data into practical insights that influence strategic business decisions. Collaborating closely with product teams, you will create detailed reports and dashboards, identify performance trends, and contribute to growth initiatives. Clear communication of data findings to diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or equivalents.
• Establish KPIs across different product areas for performance monitoring.
• Interpret business needs into analytical deliverables that highlight trends and support decision-making.
• Work with engineering teams to secure reliable data access for new and existing features.
• Effectively present insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven actions.
• Maintain strict data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout all processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in analytical roles.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for querying databases such as Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement across various organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
• Experience in fintech or B2B settings is advantageous.
