About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Rafaeli Connecting India Private Limited, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This position involves working in a banking voice process focusing on personal loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls related to personal loan inquiries and services.
- Communicate clearly the details of personal loan products including eligibility criteria and benefits.
- Generate new leads and diligently follow up with potential customers to encourage loan applications.
- Ensure accurate verification of customer information and maintain comprehensive records.
- Assist customers through each step of their loan application process to facilitate a seamless experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism throughout all interactions.
Working Hours and Location
The role is based at Durga Towers near Egmore Eye Hospital, Chennai, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from INR 12,000 to 20,000.
