Role overview

This position is for a Micro Customer Success Manager who will look after a portfolio of small business clients and help them realise measurable value from EROAD’s products and services. The portfolio sits in the under $40k ARR segment, with responsibility across onboarding, customer engagement, retention, renewals, upgrades, and add-on sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of small business customers and work to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Recommend the most suitable EROAD products based on each customer’s needs.
  • Support new customers through onboarding, training, and helpful resources.
  • Accurately handle upgrades, renewals, and additional sales items.
  • Reply to customer questions within agreed SLAs and see issues through to resolution.
  • Keep CRM records current and complete for every customer interaction.
  • Make sure follow-ups happen and feedback is closed out properly.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and help implement better ways of working.
  • Work closely with the broader Customer Success team to deliver a consistent experience.

What you’ll need

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or support-based role.
  • The ability to balance several priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first approach.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.

  • Experience using CRM systems or SaaS products is preferred.
