About The Role
Are you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer care and interested in starting a career within the banking sector? We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to serve as the initial point of contact at our Midland branch, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve processing transactions, guiding customers on digital banking tools, and conducting need-based discussions to identify banking and lending opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will have excellent communication and relationship management abilities, a cooperative team spirit, and a proactive mindset focused on exceeding customer expectations. While prior banking experience is welcome, it is not mandatory. A genuine interest or passion for banking is essential.
