Job Overview
This is a voice-based customer care role focused on the US Telecom inbound process, requiring representatives to handle calls and provide support. The job is located in Airoli, Mumbai, and involves working in shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls for the US telecom customer service process.
- Maintain quality standards, adhering to the C3 quality benchmark.
- Follow process requirements related to ROI, regular, HR, AI, and operations calls.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduates, including freshers or those with experience, who graduated in 2021 or later.
- Age between 21 and 32 years maximum.
Work Details
- Work-from-office role located in Airoli.
- Shifts are assigned between 4:30 PM and 1:30 AM with a 9-hour window within that span.
- Two rotational weekly offs.
Compensation and Benefits
- CTC of 20,100 INR per month.
- Deductions: 350 INR for ESIC, 1,600 INR for transport.
- In-hand salary is approximately 18,150 INR plus 4,000 INR as a night shift allowance.
- Performance incentives up to 7,000 INR.
- Home pickup and drop-off facility available.

This position mandates working onsite and follows a structured schedule with rotational offs and performance-based incentives.
