Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Management Specialist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The role entails managing CRM platforms, keeping customer data accurate, and segmenting audiences to facilitate personalized communication and campaign efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day customer interactions and monitor engagement metrics.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Manage customer feedback, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Generate regular reports detailing customer behavior and CRM effectiveness.
• Coordinate small-scale CRM enhancement projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on elevating customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM and customer retention roles.
• Proven expertise using Optimove and Google Analytics 360 (GA360).
• Skilled in customer segmentation and marketing automation techniques.
• Experience in industries such as sports betting, online gaming, fintech, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
• Educational background preferably includes a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
