Job Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling queries via semi-voice processes.
- Address customer concerns efficiently and ensure issue resolution through effective communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is mandatory.

Work Details and Compensation
- Work schedule consists of 6 days per week with one rotational weekly off.
