Job Overview

This full-time position involves conducting various market research surveys, scheduling appointments, and generating leads and sales through outbound calls to UK clients. Candidates will work structured shifts and receive a competitive fixed salary along with rich incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform long and short surveys for international market research.
• Accurately book and manage appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and convincing communication style during UK outbound calls.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills with clear speech and attentive listening.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a target-driven attitude.
• Previous experience in an international outbound BPO process is advantageous but not mandatory; motivated freshers are encouraged.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 for freshers; ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 for experienced candidates, excluding incentives.
