Overview
Magnum Environment Management Private Limited is recruiting for the position of Customer Care Executive to work from their Bhopal office. This role is centered around chat-based customer interactions and demands strong written communication skills and proficient typing speed. Candidates with a 12th-grade education or higher are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Work Conditions
- Handle customer chat processes efficiently.
- Work onsite at the Chinar Incube Business Center located at Narmadapuram Rd, Bhopal.
- Male candidates will work on rotational night shifts with varying start times between 2 PM and 12 AM, ending as late as 9 AM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary ranges from INR 13,000 to INR 14,000 in-hand depending on experience.
- An additional INR 1,000 monthly incentive plus a monthly night allowance of INR 1,000 applies.
- Salary review and potential increment after six months of employment.
Additional Requirements & Conditions
- Preference for candidates with their own vehicle, considering a commuting radius of up to 15 kilometers from the office.
- Applicant age should be between 18 and 30 years.
