Job Overview
This full-time onsite Custodian role involves various maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment. Work primarily occurs during evening or night shifts, requiring independence and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage trash and waste by hauling to collection points, breaking down cardboard and recyclables, and safely disposing of hazardous materials.
- Operate and service cleaning machines like vacuums and floor buffers, maintain organized supplies, and report when stock is low.
- Properly clean and store equipment after use.
- Set up and dismantle event spaces when needed.
- Support minor repair and maintenance tasks around the facilities.
- Adhere to safety and health standards at all times.
- Inform management of any accidents or safety hazards observed.
