Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous CRM Executive skilled in computer operation and data entry to join our team. This role demands precision in managing property and client data within our CRM system and ensuring all information is kept current and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and continuously update lead and property information with accuracy into the company’s CRM platform.
- Systematically maintain and organize client and property records with great attention to detail.
- Upload and oversee property listings across various online property platforms.
- Check, revise, and maintain existing data to guarantee correctness.
- Liaise effectively with Sales and Telecalling departments to achieve prompt data refreshment.
- Prepare basic reports and ensure documentation is properly managed, utilizing Excel and other office applications.
