About the role

Versace is looking for a CRM Analyst to support clienteling and customer relationship initiatives across the US region. This position focuses on driving adoption of the My Versace clienteling app, improving customer engagement programs, and helping retail teams build stronger relationships with priority client segments.

Core responsibilities

The role works closely with Retail, HQ, and cross-functional partners to strengthen clienteling execution across boutiques and channels. It involves shaping contact strategies, supporting client gifting and engagement planning, and turning retail leadership direction into practical action plans for individual stores.

The analyst will also coordinate development efforts across retail and digital touchpoints, share best practices across regions, and manage communication with teams such as Events, Merchandising, and Digital to keep client initiatives aligned and effective.

Technical responsibilities

Key technical work includes organizing monthly training sessions for retail teams on the Clienteling App, partnering with the My Versace Project Manager and technical teams to troubleshoot bugs or data issues, and supporting the retail network with critical requests and client list distribution.

The position also covers administration of Clienteling App requests and the preparation and circulation of data quality reports for the retail network.

Experience and qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required, along with at least 4 years of experience in CRM or clienteling. Experience in luxury or fashion is preferred.
