Role Overview
This contract position offers the potential to transition to full-time employment and can be based in New York or remotely (preferably within the Eastern Time Zone). The compensation ranges from $80 to $125 per hour during the contract period, with full-time base salaries between $85,000 and $125,000 annually.

Purpose of the Role
The Creative Producer ensures the smooth delivery of digital products and brand experiences by facilitating timely, clear, and practical decision-making. Embedded within teams, the individual collaborates across product, design, strategy, and technology domains to maintain alignment and forward momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital product and creative deliverables from initial concept through launch.
- Collaborate with creative and studio leadership to establish project scope, priorities, and milestones.
- Convert client feedback and constraints into structured options and actionable recommendations.
- Advocate for strong user experience, content structure, and system coherence without overseeing creative execution.
- Coordinate closely with design and development teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Proactively detect risks and misalignments, guiding teams to remediate issues swiftly.
- Guarantee completeness and client-ready quality of deliverables.
- Effectively communicate with founders and internal teams to ensure stakeholder buy-in and decision adherence.
- Utilize AI tools to consolidate client inputs, expedite documentation, and organize project context throughout rapid development cycles.
Work Approach
Progress is documented through live artifacts and actionable systems, with decision-making grounded close to the work. AI-driven technologies are integral, used daily to present alternatives, reduce repetitive tasks, and refine ideas early. Final judgment for actions remains the responsibility of the Creative Producer.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of three to five years' experience in creative or product project management roles.
- Background in managing website, digital product, or brand system initiatives.
- Strong capability to maintain cross-disciplinary context encompassing design, strategy, and development.
- Excellent judgment with confidence in making and holding trade-off decisions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and actively enabling team progress.
- Outstanding communication skills and reliable follow-through.
- High emotional intelligence with sensitivity to team dynamics.
- Experience working within AI-supported workflows while retaining independent decision-making authority.
- Preference given to applicants located in New York or within Eastern Time Zone.
