Role Overview
The Management Trainee position is crafted to immerse you in a full-spectrum learning experience about the company's functions, spanning operations management, human resources, leadership, critical decision-making, and problem-solving. This program is tailored to prepare candidates for future senior management responsibilities. We encourage fresh graduates who are dynamic, eager to interact with people and children, and possess a proactive and open-hearted attitude.
Work Schedule
- Monday: Day off
- Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Gain deep insight into the company's specific business operations and management tactics.
- Engage and lead team projects to foster leadership and collaboration skills.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently in high-pressure settings, focusing on outcomes.
- Address workplace challenges by devising and implementing repeatable solutions.
