Farmacy Beauty is hiring a highly organized and proactive Sales & Education Coordinator to support its expanding retail and education operations. This position acts as an operational partner to the Sales and Education teams, helping ensure smooth execution across retailer coordination, product launches, training programs, and business reporting.

The role is well suited to someone who works comfortably in a fast-moving environment, can juggle several priorities at once, and is genuinely interested in beauty, retail, and consumer engagement. It provides broad exposure to commercial planning, account support, retail operations, field education, and cross-functional brand work.

Sales and account support

  • Assist the Director with the daily management of Sephora, Ulta, and other key retail accounts.
  • Handle order tracking, follow-up, and issue resolution to help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Keep retailer portals and related systems current so product details, pricing, assortment, promotions, and merchandising information stay correct.
  • Coordinate execution for new product launches, including item setup, retailer assets, timelines, samples, and readiness tasks.
  • Prepare materials for retailer meetings such as sell-in decks, business reviews, reporting, sample organization, and meeting summaries.
  • Support assortment changes, promotional submissions, retailer requests, and cross-functional action items.

Education and training support

  • Work with the Education Lead to plan and coordinate retailer and field education programs.
  • Manage training logistics including scheduling, attendee lists, training assets, gratis, product shipments, samples, and merchandising support.
  • Help update and share training content, educational materials, product details, and retailer communications.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions, webinars, and field education events.
  • Support retail event planning and in-store activation activities.

Reporting and business analytics

  • Compile and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports covering sales performance, inventory, forecasts, retailer scorecards, and promotional outcomes.
  • Support business review and retailer planning meetings through data gathering and analysis.
  • Track key business metrics and surface trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Assist with forecast tracking and inventory reporting.

Additional requirements and role conditions

This is a non-exempt hourly position. Candidates must be able to commute to the New York City office at least 2 days per week and should be available for scheduled weekend and evening events on an ad hoc basis.
