Role overview
Social Paradigm Group is hiring a resourceful content strategist to own a steady publishing flow across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email newsletters. This is a permanent, full-time position based in the United Kingdom. The right person will be comfortable shaping different voices for different individuals while keeping the output polished, consistent, and delivered on time.
In addition to writing, this role includes scheduling and publishing the finished content, so experience with content management and scheduling tools is important.
What you will do
- Create and maintain an ongoing content schedule for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email communication.
- Shape and preserve unique, authentic writing styles for different people and platforms.
- Transform rough inputs such as calls, voice notes, informal ideas, and transcripts into clear, platform-ready copy.
- Set up, schedule, and publish content through the relevant tools.
- Convert longer-form material into several concise short-form content pieces.
What the employer is looking for
- Background in writing social content on behalf of others.
- Strong understanding of how tone should differ by platform: professional and insight-led on LinkedIn, energetic and conversational on Twitter/X, and organised and practical in newsletters.
- Ability to keep multiple voices distinct and avoid blending them together.
- Comfort working independently from unstructured or incomplete source material.
- Hands-on experience with content scheduling platforms.
- Dependable, deadline-focused, and able to sustain a regular weekly posting rhythm.
- Very strong English writing, grammar, and editing skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to newsletter software.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms.
- Experience turning long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and calls into shorter social and newsletter assets.
