Job Overview

Astra Asset Portfolio Management Private Limited is seeking a creative and goal-driven Content Creator to produce captivating content for its real estate projects across social media and digital marketing channels. This role involves generating ideas, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing various forms of content to support marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos including reels, property showcases, testimonials, and promotional content relevant to the company's real estate portfolio.
• Develop content concepts, scripts, captions, and hooks aligned with current social media trends and business needs.
• Participate in property shoots, site visits, promotional events, interviews, and other marketing activities as needed.
• Present on-camera content clearly and professionally when required, effectively communicating project details.
• Capture and edit high-quality video content using cameras, smartphones, and editing software.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure scheduled delivery of all marketing materials.
• Create content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the company website.
• Analyze social media trends, competitor content, and audience engagement to optimize content strategy.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain professionalism in all communications.
• Protect confidential company information, including project details, customer data, pricing, and strategies.
• Undertake other marketing and content-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or diploma holder in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or related disciplines preferred.
• Prior experience in content creation, video production, social media management, or real estate marketing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and on-camera presentation abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with video shooting and editing tools/software.
• Creative mindset with the capability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and other locations for content capture.

The candidate must be ready to visit project sites, client locations, events, or other designated areas for content creation and promotional purposes. Expected to maintain professionalism in behavior, appropriate personal presentation, punctuality, confidentiality, and discipline at all times.
