Condominium Cleaner

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Condominium Cleaners to join our team at Shiners Facilities Pte Ltd in Singapore. The roles involve maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various condominium areas including lobbies, clubhouses, recreational facilities, and refuse disposal zones.

Key Duties

• Cleaning and maintaining lobby areas, floors, corridors, lift interiors and exteriors.
• Wiping and spot cleaning glass doors, panels, internal windows, fixtures and displays.
• Sweeping and mopping staircases and handrails.
• Emptying trash bins and removing newspapers or recyclable materials.
• Reporting any faulty or damaged items to supervisors.
• Cleaning common clubhouse areas such as management offices, toilets, gyms, and multi-purpose rooms.
• Maintaining outdoor amenities including BBQ pits, children playgrounds, fitness stations, and tennis courts.
• Sweeping surrounding areas such as car parks, driveways, and walkways.
• Handling refuse removal tasks, including removing rubbish from bin chutes and transporting waste to bin centers.
• Washing bins and bin chute areas, clearing larger waste items that cannot fit into bin chutes.
• Performing periodic deep cleaning tasks like glass cleaning, high-pressure washing for bin areas, floor surfaces, car parks, toilet descaling, high dusting, scrubbing, and polishing.

Additional Information

All tasks are performed under the direction of the Cleaning Supervisor who may assign other related cleaning responsibilities as required.
