Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests with confidence and charm.
• Ensure smooth and seamless arrival and departure procedures.
• Provide insightful, locally tailored recommendations spanning dining, cultural activities, beaches, shopping, and other experiences.
• Facilitate restaurant bookings, transportation arrangements, activities schedules, and fulfill special guest requests.
• Anticipate guest preferences and deliver customized experiences throughout their stay.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local venues, operators, and experience providers.
• Collaborate effectively with Front Office, Guest Services, and other hotel departments to ensure a flawless guest journey.
• Stay continually informed about happenings and new attractions throughout the Gold Coast to share fresh insights.

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality settings, including concierge, front office, or guest services roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Gold Coast region or a sincere enthusiasm for exploring it.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple guest inquiries simultaneously while maintaining precision and care.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on solution-oriented service.
• Availability to work morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Authentic commitment to crafting memorable guest experiences.
• Current working rights in Australia without the need for sponsorship.
