Computer Aided Design Designer

This position involves crafting precise 2D and 3D models for intricate interior fit-out and building projects using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or Navisworks. Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings pertinent to interior fit-out assignments.
• Collaborate effectively with architects as well as structural and MEP consultants to integrate designs seamlessly.
• Design practical, constructible solutions addressing complex design challenges.
• Maintain high standards of technical correctness and ensure compliance across all drawing sets.
• Proactively identify opportunities to refine designs and introduce innovative solutions.
• Support project groups in delivering superior interior and building envelope work adhering to quality standards.

Essential Requirements

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, including both 2D and 3D capabilities.
• Experience working with Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM software platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
• Previous involvement with ceilings, dry lining, partition walls, encasements, or façade interface projects.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
• Eligible to obtain BPSS security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Higher National Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in CAD applications is an advantage.
